I believe TG is a tad beeter than SMF, also try stacking crit over haste as the Crit wil provide you with Flurry which is your haste aswell as DW. Either way, make sure to take Hit over both to get the hard cap, though i myself are personally having problem hitting the hard cap, I'm thinking of looknig for a "Outside of raid" BiS Hit cap litem list. Also, I just read a blue post that Blizzard may make Slam scale with Haste, on this basis Haste may become more dominant than crit and Slam become a viable attack? We can only dream.
