Rule 1: Don't use lazy chat speak abbreviations like "atm."
Rule 4: Like all healing classes, resto shaman has strengths and weaknesses. The class is flexible, and is particularly good in a 25 player raid because of mana tide totem. Of course better throughput and better regen would be great. All healers want those.
Rule 7: Use your single target heals to heal a single target, and use your aoe heals to heal multiple targets.

This a pretty basic and somewhat useless question. I've been a resto shaman some years ago and our resto shamans are complaining about the class atm. I have serveral questions and thats something you can't ask in other boards.
- Is there a problem with resto shamans mechanics?
- How to heal a single target in a heavy damage phase?
- How to heal the raid in AoE phases?
Thanks for your time, if you can help me. I just need a push into the right direction.
