Not really sure what is meant by "Caster Weapon" for MH. Just looking for something with Int and Spellpower I suppose?

I am using [Biting Wind] and it seems to be doing very well for me with FT/FT

It's a dagger with 1.8 speed, should I be looking for a Mace/Axe with a slower speed that still has caster properties, if there even is one?
