oK a search of the thread and a glance at the FAQ/Guide didn't turn anything up. If it's there, I apologize:

What professions appear to be the best for tanking as a warrior at the moment? Mining seems to give the biggest boost to Stamina, but is that really "BiS"? Thanks in advance.
