If you are going to put "My feeling..." and "I don't think..." then those are giant clues you shouldn't be answering. We do things here based on fact and numbers. Common sense should have told you that was a pretty hand holding question and that they didn't bother reading before posting.

After looking over the theorycraft to this point my feeling is that Alchemy/JC would be ideal for the Mastery trinket + 67 Mastery gems. Also the JC trinket isn't bad to carry you into heroics/raiding.
Additionally you'd get the Mixology bonus on your elixirs (yet more mastery) which can only be good.
But I don't think there's really a bad choice per se. Other then gathering, which will always be the weakest options.
Having just pretended I know what I'm talking about...I have a tremendously noob-ish question. How do you kite tank effectively?
I offtanked an ICC 10man group on my warrior, and on Rotface I ended up on the boss because Paladins and DKs are so much stronger at kiting oozes/adds. However I've noticed that most warrior tanks have a "kite spec" with Piercing Howl, so I assume I'll be expected to kite adds on some fights as a warrior, but I'm not sure how to do it effectively.
My feeling is to Charge - Shockwave - Rend - Thunderclap - Intervene away. Then use keep them grouped and on me with Shockwave - Thunderclap (for Rend) and then Piercing Howl (for the slow) and run away some more.
