I believe that Cauterize can work to save you on Atramedes because when you get one shot from your sound bar filling, your sound empties and you can Iceblock the Cauterize and continue the fight. This happened to me last night.
Whether it was solely because of Cauterize or a combination of the talent and the gongs I'm trying to verify.
