At the moment I've almost reforged all into expertise and hit rating. I've hit the expertise cap (781) and I have about 1200 hit rating. But some of my rogue friends reforge almost everything into mastery.. What's the best thing to do?

This kind of sounds like you didn't even read the guide in the first post.

You don't reforge into expertise (at least not for max dmg). Reforging into hit until spell hit cap and then into mastery. You will want to take crit off the gear and after that expertise and haste.
