As off now, there are no fast (1.5 speed or lower) axes/swords in game, the viable options is axe/dagger or sword/dagger.
The best offhand option i can find is [Scaleslicer], which is a boe drop from Blackwing descent, (where they, by the way,according to this blue post, is increasing the drop chances of boe epics from trash in there).
The other option is the offhand that drops from Cho'gal, the [Uhn'agh Fash, the Darkest Betrayal].
