It´s in the First post. Ideally, you want Str as your procc/use effect, not as your fixed stat, as the procc averages out to a higher value.

Those Patch notes worry me.
Someone posted the part about the increase in the Shadow Portion of SS on the german forums, too.
Since it is not in the offical patchnotes, I can only assume it is at best work in progress, at worst they dropped it.
I am guessing they are playing around with possibilites to buff 2Hd, a clue is the buffing of the Frost 2Hd Talent.
The loss of 5% Str will hurt, hopefully mitigated by the new and functioning meta, changes to the SS and RC as well as (hopefully) mastery for Unholy.
The changes to runic corruption should bring a significant Real Life DPS increase. I played around with the RC procc a bit and tried to keep an eye on it, actually chaining DC´s when it´s not up to get it up and then immediately reapplying it, whenever it drops and its possible. Takes a lot of Concentration and Practice but I noticed a significant DPS increase, not so much from the chained DC´s but from the optimized uptime of RC itself.
If it stacks now, this will mean much more hits / second in real life, since in a hectic Boss fight you normally wouldnt keep an eye on it and sometimes chaining DC´s is the only thing left short of doing nothing, if all runes are on CD.
That they haven´t implemented a change to Unholy Mastery worries me, since they already did the same for Ret Pala, but since they needed a serious buff, I hope that for ours they just haven´t found a satisfying solution. Buffing the dmg to diseased targets in general sounded to OP for my subjective opinion, anyway.
