It has int and spellpower, the two stats that have the highest weight . i'd say that even if the numbers themselves are not the highest among the batch of available trinkets, the int/sp combo gets it to rank at an interesting place. Sadly, i've seen quite a few jewelcrafters using other (non-hit) trinkets in place of the figurine, which according to OP trinket chart effectively lowers their dps .
