Also, I'm not sure if this has been discussed yet or not but wouldn't colossus smash be better off if used on cooldown instead of during a free GCD since it buffs our abilities so much? Or would it not be worth the pushback of a BT/RB?

Fury AoE was in now way weak. Frost DKs, Surv Hunters and Locks were a league of their own but they are getting nerfed, and once that went live I wouldn't have raised an eyebrow at Fury being on top instead. It's hard to notice that you're possibly doing 10% more than you should when someone else is doing 30% more than he should, but it's good to see they're addressing everything.
