The benefit provided by Sanctified Crusader puts him in second place. This excludes the unmeasured benefits provided by keeping up a full Judgement stack, or the blessing he buffed for the raid.

This is a stupid way of measuring contribution though. Does a shadow priest get to consider the damage that the mage did with the mana he contributed as his own damage? does the warrior get to consider the damage reduction due to sunder armor as his own damage? Does a feral druid get 5% crit damage from all melees in his group?

Redo all the damage considering the ancilliary benefit each class provides then you will see that it is still extremly marginal.
