Hey guys,

I'm currently fire. My raid leader ask me about the possibility to respec into Arcane, for the 3% damage raid buff. He did this because we are low on dps (e.g., we can't down Maloriak within enrage time) and thinking about how do better. What are your suggestions? I'd like to stay fire (more fun, and i'm properly gear for fire, not for arcane), but if it can actually help us beating Maloriak, I'll try it.

PS. I think that our problem is just low skill of some people (I'm top dps and we have in our roster a warrior and a DK that should easily beat me, but they are 2-3k behind me).
