Is there a certain point where the block meta is more beneficial than the armor? Or vice versa? I appologize if this has already been discussed, I have not found a definitive answer here in this thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seeing what has been proven in this thread, the block meta reduces overall damage taken more than the armor one does. However some of us would prefer 2% armor because it is reliable to 'function' where block may be not, i.e. when you are stunned or taking (physical) damage that cannot be avoided.
Nonetheless, there aren't many bosses that deal with non avoidable physical damage. The only one I can think of is Magmaw (but I might be wrong  )
