Since even with some gear swapping I usually won't be hit capped, I am looking for a good mod that will call in raid when a skull bash misses. You should be getting an alternate gear set that gets you hit capped, not a mod that announces when you miss skull bash.
Even as tank as last resort, that is something you should shoot for. I know it sucks, but your personal survival will not drop to the point that it is not manageable compared to missing a key interrupt.
