Read and UNDERSTAND before posting. No one said anything about stacking hit, this is a discussion for the 4.0.6 patch not live content. Don't use ellipses you don't understand how to use them properly.

Forgive me if I'm a bit behind, but I'm trying to figure out why we would continue hit stacking given the incredible nerf to HS? I mean wasn't the whole point of stacking hit to be rage-gorged and have near non-stop HS and incite? Why would we put all that rating into something that's nerfed? Wouldn't it be more useful to focus on empowering our most hard hitting abilities with critical/mastery?
Also since SMF should be raid viable at worst, I'd like to think DMC Hurricane be more effective ....
