I mean wasn't the whole point of stacking hit to be rage-gorged and have near non-stop HS and incite? Why would we put all that rating into something that's nerfed? Wouldn't it be more useful to focus on empowering our most hard hitting abilities with critical/mastery?
Also since SMF should be raid viable at worst, I'd like to think DMC Hurricane be more effective ....

Where did you see anyone saying anything about hit stacking? It seems pretty well agreed that the stat weights will be Crit > Mastery > Hit > haste
