Well what I have done to my resto shaman is to stack the haste over crit but also stack the most important ones of all! Intellect, Spirit, Haste, and Mastery, and never buy or steal cloth gear because of the buff you also get from the mail specilization, I am still working on my gear but I am not going out of mana so fast now because of the way I stack my stats and the more percentage of healing you get from mastery and the mail armor you NEED, just read the buff it will give you because it can change for any spec you are in and then you will understand why i stack the mail gear and the stats, and I have been healing the dps, the other heals, and the other tank's because of how people are stacking their gear, so my best suggestion, stack the stats, mail gear, etc. Good luck with getting your gear, and all else that you need.
