It depends on your personal stats weighs. If you're not gooing oom, choose Norgannon, but spirit is far our best regen-stat. Just change the specific weights at this site and calculate again. But in the long run the Eonar will be better, due to the fact you will never be able to spam your greatest heal without gooing oom and thus you alway want to get more regen.
