I went to the priest simple questions thread. I clicked on the "search this thread" link near the top of the page, and typed "spirit" into the little box. Then I found this post:

If you had done that instead of me doing that, you wouldn't be receiving this infraction.

I didn't log out in my heal set so cannot check, however I know my Spirit is >2200, Intel is >3500 and Base Regen for lv 85 is 0.003345 according to the site here. Understanding this it stands to reason that:

If (SPI, INT, LEVEL) = (0.001+SPI*sqrt{INT}*0.003345)*5

(0.001+2200*59.160*0.003345)*5=2176.8 is the regen from Spirit.

Now, on the Holy Priest forum here is this formula: Spirit Regen = Sqrt(Intellect) * Spirit *.016725, so:

If 59.160*2200*0.016725=2176.8 is the regen from Spirit.

Same result. My mana regen right now is ~2900 in combat and ~3200 out of combat regen last time I looked. Where does the extra regen come from?

You'll pardon my ignorance, I just started getting into the maths, all help is appreciated.
