In the (already updated) Unholy Thread, our Godfather of theorycrafting Consider stated that 2h Unholy still is superior and about 2% ahead in raw single target DPS fights.
2h and DW frost now seem to be only .5 to 1% of each other (with DW slightly ahead), being quite competitive with unholy as soon as some AoE is involved (like halfus whelps, maloriak or magmaw).
But keep in mind that these values are just theory-crafting values. He also writes that in ingame situations, Unholy can possibly outperform Frost a bit more because of Frost being heavily affected by movement and RNG
