hi,
You should read the guide again you cant take for you the relative values that you saw it's clearly specified for 372 geared players.
As far as i saw at your level of gear haste and crit should be pretty even you should check your rawr option and run few simulation on simcraft. Maybe rawr want you to get haste because you are very close to the haste cap to get the 2nd tick of combustion which is possible in case of you didnt check the 5% haste raid buff so you have to make sure you did.
