Hey Guys,

Long time viewer, long time resto druid, first time poster.

If people are interested my profile is at:- http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/characte...rrdin/advanced

Just wanted to share my findings after my first attempt of healing in 4.0.6 last night.

Up until 4.0.6 I have been specced:-

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

I've been using the Tsunami Card + TFDoll and that's allowed me to put 2 points into Genesis instead of Furor. I've had little problem with mana regen in 25/10 man raids. (I usually use my 1st innervate on someone else and my 2nd innervate on myself and Conc pots).

Last night I respecced to:-

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

And changed my Tsunami Card for the Vibrant Alchemist Stone for more Mastery (a stat I haven't really stacked till now).

We then proceeded to do a quick 10 man takedown of Magmaw and Omnitron on normal mode (we've not cleared normals yet).

My first observation is on a mana front. I know this isnt a fair test because I've lost 400 spirit off tsunami and gained 10% mana + 40% extra on Conc Pot. Even still I did feel like less comfortable with my mana. I was having to use both innervates on myself and conc potion and 2 ToLs and I was going OOM at about 5-10% of the bosses health.

Am I right in saying that the original decrease in Rejuv cost from 26% to 16% has now been increased to 20% as of yesterday? This combined with the less frequent pops of OOC has made a noticeable difference. Has anyone else got this impression?

The improvement to WG is a nice one, and looking at my logs WG is a bit closer to RJ than it has been over the last couple of weeks.

What are other peoples observations of the changes?

Just did a quick experiment of Mandala of Stirring Patterns.

With 4688 Intellect (completely unbuffed): I popped Innervate without any procs and got 1990 x 10 = 19900 Mana back.
With 4688 Intellect (completely unbuffed): I popped Innervate WITH the Trinket Proc and got 2712 x 10 = 27120 Mana back.

The difference being 7220 mana. Considering my mana pool is at 99.4k that equates to just about 7% extra mana. Double that for 2 self innervates over a fight and you're getting about 2/3 of another Innervate for free. On top of that you're getting the added regen from the 321 spirit on the trinket. Making it a pretty powerful regen trinket for druids.

All that being said - in the past I like to balance my trinkets to get a nice amount of regen and throughput. I don't feel like the Mandala is really strong enough. I still think TFDoll is the strongest (and I'm really good at popping it every minute). On top of that I don't think I need a PURE regen trinket seeing as I'm just about managing with my Vibrant one which (ignoring the 40% bonus) is effectively a strong throughput one.

What trinket combos are people looking at now in 4.0.6? Getting myself the Vibrant one has allowed me to reach the 2004 haste cap without reforging everything to haste, therefore allowing me to increase my mastery by about 40%.

Last comment, and an off topic one - the disc priest I was with on Magmaw/Omni was putting out some considerably larger numbers than pre-patch! Had to work hard to stay on top of the meters

Sorry for the long post! Lots of things to share
