After the rcent patch changes would it be a dps loss to use RvS after 5 combo than to simply straight Evis if taken to 5 cp?

I'd also be curious to know if the talent Coup de Grace becomes more of a dps buff than lethality if we were just Evis spamming with RvS. Given that also our tier set bonus benefits Evis also.
