Also, why did you drop the CS criteria for heroic strike?

i tested these on both the bis and my own profile, which is logged out in my pvp gear atm.

i did drop CS criteria. even with 40% damage bonus from CS, dpr of HS is still less than BT/RB dpr without CS. only scenario i see CS used is in rage cap situation. during execute phase, by having execute>75 rage ahead of BT, it eliminates all rage capping during execute phase as seen through the log. in reality, maybe we can add in HS if pure execute spam can't even use all the rage due to mechanics.
