I've found a better optimized Frost DW Pre-hardmode gear. Here it is: chardev 8 - Cataclysm Beta
I haven't tested it out on Kahorie yet, but following your stat values and considering the lower hit/exp after the cap and the more mastery from the gear than the one mentioned in the guide, it should deal more dps.
