Again, you're not really saying anything new. Haste is better than Mastery. This is a fact and has been proven so many times over it's ridiculous. You also need to not use u, stop punctuating with smileys, capitalize, format into a paragraph, etc. I'm trying to understand the point of your posts. I realize you're trying to help, but I still don't see you bringing anything new to the table, but instead dumbing down what is already there. Warning you for this post because I don't think the combination of your two posts was so terrible that you're deserving of a 24 hour ban. That aside, please work on the quality of your posts. It's clear you want to contribute/help and that's great, but you need to be bringing something new into the discussion, or failing that, bringing a new perspective to support an existing point. Haste breakpoints are known, as is the relatively value of mastery, and there have been pages of discussion regarding the two of them.

Original Post:

is it worth to reach 2004 haste ?
Absolutely, yes If you have 1100 mastery instead you will have 6.2 mastery more and will heal around %9 on targets hotted by you. Lets say %60-%70 of your healing benefit from mastery, it means you will have more or less %6 more healing.
If you have the haste though you will have %12.5 buffed WG which should be around %30-%35 of your healing. Roughly increase your total healing by %4. But dont forget the %25 buffed WG (1587 haste) and %20 buffed Rejuv (1777 haste) during Nature's Grace(NG). Assume NG uptime around %20 , total healing done by Rejuv around %30. Your healing will be increased by 0.2*(0.325*0.25+0.3*0.2)=%2.8
So haste gains race by %6.8 more healing where mastery gives %6 more healing for same time spent on casting and for same amount of mana.
Your playing style may change above calculations and yes mastery and haste is close when u put into these kind of theorycrafting but more importantly haste gives more utility. You can respond to changing dmg income a lot faster, cast more spell during tree of life, cast more spell during NG, get more clearcasting.
Lets think a scenario we encounter a lot during current content. You know there will be raid wide aoe incoming, holding your NG for that time. Now everyone's HP bar is red, you start casting by a regrowth to activate your NG, and continue with WG. Now spamming rejuv to WGth people. If u have haste above 1777, you will heal a lot more, at this time where raid needed healing a lot.
Dont forget we are not DPS, so our utility cannot be measured by HPS only. And haste is better, for being a better healer.
Summary
Haste is superior to mastery until 2004 haste line in both HPS and utility.
