I'm willing to accept you lack the intellectual capacity to answer all of your questions without help. That's probably more normal than I'd like to ponder. However, you should have at least tried reading before asking the forum to do all of your homework for you.

Hey guys few things I could do with clarifying since 4.0.6
After the patch my mana regen and healing has taken a dive, I know we lost some regen but just to check that this is something everyone has experienced?
Also with regards to the updated OP few queries:
Inner Fire / Inner Will? Is Fire still the go to one?
Int/Spirit flasks for raids? Progression orientated
and now that your suggested spec takes renew apart from rolling it on the tanks when else is a decent time to use it?
