If you want to be hit capped then do it. Your deviation from the currently accepted Best DPS is not a matter for discussion. The first person pronoun I is always capitalized in English no matter where in the sentence it occurs.

Are you really sure about switching the Nefarian neck in for the Sinestra tank neck? Despite this topic i prefer it to be hitcapped, altough it is a theoretical dps lose, I hate the situations in which i have to HB without a Rime proc.
