The patch notes confirm a buff to MS:

Multi-Shot damage has been increased by 250%.

It's a big buff...one relevant question might be if spamming MS as a Marksman with Bombardment is now better for AOE damage than SV.
[Edit] Assuming it's a large enough group of targets that Bombardment procs on nearly every shot.
