I don't know why this myth about 8 seconds for Tranquility still stands. You are looking at around 6.5 seconds in a raid setting with 2005+ (and around 7 if you don't go for that cap) haste and the 5% haste buff which should be standard by now. The argument of needing to stand still and channel it for that time is perfectly fine to argue over but please at least use the correct time value and not the unhasted one.

i cannot understand that myself, as i am playing a troll im usually allining it with NG and my racial and it hardly takes 4 seconds so you basicly dont loose any time at all rolling your other hots.
but im interested in how exactly the hot of tranq works, i did not read anything about that here, or was it a mess up on my part and i missed it by accident?
