Oh hey look, everyone! A hypothetical, smart-ass question for the devs. How original!

Original Post:

Who cares about the past, quite honestly. We all know they fucked up majorly with Burning Crusade. They released the expansion even less finished than the release (which is really saying something). Half of the endgame armor reuse vanilla wow graphics that some of us have had for two years now. Halfway to the next expansion they're finally releasing content that should have been live immediately.
My questions, if I were to submit them to this, would have to do with this. Namely:
- Is the insufficent development that went into Burning Crusade to be expected on future WoW expansions? Can we expect to be wearing recolored T3 armor sets at level 85? Or receiving only 40% of any product we buy with balancing/patch releases made every few months?
- Going forward can we expect fun new ways to waste our time in WoW (such as the arena and other things) or more artificial time sinks that rapidly become unfun (insane rep grinding, tedious amounts of repeatable quests, etc)?
- Why is the CM structure setup the way it is? Currently CMs focus their time responding to trolls and ignoring constructive and well though out posts that are intended to help highlight issues. As a result, the people posting those constructive posts feel that their voice is not heard; especially when they see a CM solely responding to troll posts. How do you feel that players that have actual information to share can go about getting their points seen if they are, by and large, ignored by the majority of the CM staff?
