This isn't the way things work here. The "discussion" that you propose leads us nowhere. In your 5 paragraphs you made no attempt to calculate anything, so you can't come to a conclusion at all. I'll say to you what I said to Frostedblaze on this same subject:
If you are really convinced about this idea, the best way to approach it would be to download Simulationcraft, and figure out how to change the action priority system to refresh LB dots early. If you go do that, and come back and edit your infracted post with conclusive results (either way) of your findings then I will be happy to reverse the infraction.

There is hardly any discussion regarding LB and single target fights. Refresh before explosion or reapply? I'd think there would be more talk on this as it seems this may be a huge difference in damage output depending on which you do.

Refreshing before it explodes means you get a higher LB uptime and you are continuing the ticks which are more dmg than the explosion portion. However the explosion portion is after the final tick of LB, coming approximately .5 seconds after the last tick. This is almost free dmg at that point.

If you reapply after explosion you are going to have a lower uptime on LB but you are gaining those explosions as well as letting the explosion trigger Hot Streak whereas the ticks will not.

Reapplying you also have to take into consideration the time between the explosion and your reapplication. Some people think they are computers and can reapply within 0.1 seconds, but I disagree with that and think that these people may be underestimating how fast 0.1 seconds really is as well as underestimating other factors (lag, human response time, etc).

Refeshing LB before explosion will consume more GCDs during the fight and also will be a contributing factor in dmg output.

I'm hoping this will open some conversation on the subject.
