is the math on Holy Radiance break points correct? i feel like it's not considering something.
base raid-buffed haste is 3% SoL + 9% JotP + 5% raid haste.
3 + 9 + 5 = 17% haste raid buffed, naked
so if they've done the math to determine that you need a total of 35% haste for 14 ticks of HR ... that leaves 18% haste needed from gear. but their table says you need 14.5% from gear. 14.5 + 17 = 31.5% ... which is 3.5% shy of the "35%" break point they list. Shouldn't the real value needed from gear be 18% (2307 rating) not 14.5% (1858 rating).
am i missing something? is there a math nerd who can explain why 1860 is the rating to aim for rather than 2310? from what i'm seeing, people should be aiming for 8% for 13 ticks until maybe heroic level when they can reach the next HR tick breakpoint at 18%.
unless we have a 3.5% buff or base haste rating that i'm just stupid and don't know about?
