Hello there fellow Arms Warriors. I've noticed a bit of a decline in this thread over the past couple weeks. I've been reading around a little bit here and there but it's rather hard to keep up with school and such. I do have a few questions. I raid three nights a week and my dps is not horrible, but it could always use improvement. (I do rank on WoL normal fights in the top 100, but I don't think that's saying all too much.

I've heard talk of berserker stance usage and I've been playing with Exp Cap and perma-battle stance. Is stance dancing solely for the execute phase? Do you MS, Exec, Exec in Berserker, switch to battle to hit two OP's one after the other, then back to berserker to MS and execute?

How spread is the damage between perma-battle arms and stance-dance arms?
Is staying below the exp cap for perma-battle arms really worth it with the amount of boss fights that require us to be to the side or front of the boss/adds?

Is the BiS list posted on the other thread correct and worth following?

If I'm breaking the forum rules or something, I apologize and I'll make sure not to in the future. :S
Hopefully, this will bring some discussion back to the thread and may clear some things up for future arms warriors who are looking to learn how to play!
