If you are still working on heroic neff kill (as I am), using Heroic Essence of the Cyclone and DMC: Hurricane is the best trinket combo for stolen power. It is very RNG though, but if you get lots of stolen power, your dmg potential is crazy.

(this takes into consideration that you dont have heroic prestor still, if you do, disregard)
