This should have been in the SQA or alternately you could have read the first post of the thread as the rules indicate you should.

This may sound a bit silly, but I was curious about the exact interaction between mastery and efflorescence. I searched this thread but didn't find anything specific. Does efflor get to double dip on symbiosis? The efflorescence heal amount is based on your swiftmend heal amount, which by definition benefits from symbiosis since there must be a HoT on the target in order to cast it. However, once the efflorescence is out, do the individual ticks get adjusted by mastery if there is still a HoT on the target?

EDIT: for reference, I use (and believe it to be the optimal setup) click-to-heal binds because it leaves my left hand free to move out of fire, etc. while I am casting instant cast spells. Right click is rejuv, wheel down is swiftmend, wheel up is decurse, etc.
