The parent post seems to be asking about a bug with re-simulating the same character, so this doesn't really add anything to the discussion - granted he was very vague.

I'm not quite sure what your trying to do, but if im understanding it right, you can just import a new character as easily as you did the first one. Just go into to "Import" tab and make sure the "Battle.net" tab is also selected in it, search for the new character name, and click import.
