Everything you mentioned is listed in the stickied FAQ thread in the warrior forum. Barring that, the search function is always available.

Where did the post go that has the stat priorities, skill trees, enchants, gems, basic rotation, etc, etc go?
New users and people starting out with a new class find those posts incredibly useful.

There used to be a huge post that covered all that for all 3 specs, but i think only the protection thread still has that information available.
