The mastery vs. haste discussion on a broad level is fine, but this is kind of pushing it.

So, after experiencing much more consistency with 2H frost, I decided to go that route, running UP stacking Haste>mastery>crit. I'm around 1700 haste atm, and about 1050 mastery. I just picked up Crushing Weight last night, and don't really notice any sort of dps increase or rune regen increase during the proc. Is there a way to maximize the use of this? Should I lower my haste value a bit in favor of mastery, since the proc is fairly frequent?

Also, I'm stuck between choosing the 2pt11 bonus (gloves+pants), and using terrastra's legguards. The legs would swap about out a hefty chunk of mastery for haste, but i'd lose the 2pc bonus. Is 150ish haste worth losing it? I know the 4pc would probably be better, but still waiting on the helm, so my chest is parked in favor of Battleplate of Ancient Kings atm.
