This is my calculation:
Fang of Twilight mast EP = 132
Crul'korak haste EP = 165
So since the sword exp racial is worth 93.68 EP, I guess that makes Fang of Twilgiht better.

I would agree with you. Fang of Twilight is probably better. Also considering that the BIS weapon is the Stormwake sword off Al'akir.
