I recommend you to use WoW Reforge Calculator & Optimizer
It's a simple tool to optimize your reforging. Simply change the Stat Weights to the ones given in the Op and click on optimize.
Afterwards get your results at the bottom button "Summary"
You then will get a list that tells you how you should reforge. By doing this you should come to a good result.
