I'll just file this under "be nice" but your post comes across a little harsh. Also I don't know if it's the language barrier, but it was initially unclear what you meant with your table, it's not really the way it should be worded.

Anyhow just an FYI for next time.
Original Post:
IMO renew might not be our bread and butter But I've noticed that it is my 3rd top healing spell in almost every encounter, with CoH and PoH being 1 and 2 of course. Only times that I ever use renew though is I ALWAYS try to keep renews on both tanks. This might not be needed though of course because of the other 2 healers healing the tanks but I do it to help out. I probably wouldn't do this if we didn't always have a shaman in every raid that has mana tide. With mana tide I can almost cast anything I want and never run out of mana during an encounter so I just go ahead and refresh renews on both tanks. So maybe that's why renew is my 3rd top healing spell and I feel like I get a lot out of the spell.
Your % of limit (worldoflogs data, not mine imagination):
Halfus: 73.6%
V&T: 61.6%
Council: 69.5%
Chogall: 71.0%
Conclave: 24.4%

It means, that you heal SO uneffectivly that I can even imagine. Stop tossing renew, start do some real work!)
