Also, your questions are kind of dumb, you could figure them out by yourself with a little bit of common sense.

Normal human reaction time is around 200ms. Even if you have no computer lag at all, any lag in the sim less than human reaction time is unrealistic.
Alchemist stones don't have any effects, they're just a bunch of helpful stats, so they're already included in your character sheet stats.
The agile meta gem has the same effect as the chaotic meta gem. Just use that one, since the difference in stats (agility instead of crit rating) is also reflected in your character sheet.

Yeha it cant find my trinket, my meta gem, and it says WotLK boss armor. I have 2.4.2, what exactly is the issue here?

This is what it says:

WotLK Boss Armor should be 10643 not 10645. Are you using the latest config file
