Sorry if this question has been answered, but I have looked at different websites and asked many different people in game for help on this, and I keep getting varied responses. If frost DW Spec, what should the expertise cap be? I have been told 26/26, 30/30, and a bunch of other random numbers. I just want to make my character the best it can be, and I am having trouble figuring out what that is. Any help would be appreciated from more experienced DK players. Thanks
