Include some numbers when making general statements such as this. It has been shown that Inquisition is a loss in any scenario, so have some numbers to back up that it is good in the situation that you provided.

It's worth using Inq on single targets when it can be used "intelligently" or rather, when you are capable of getting a SotR in during Inq with an SD proc. I have found the best scenario for using Inq is after a GC proc on a 3rd HoPo CS with SD up. I use Inq, then a quick CS-AS-CS, and then my SotR crits for a vey large number.
