We don't allow bump or "me too" posts here. You need to contribute something original of your own, not just give +rep to posts that you agree with.

These are the bolts that you can't being casting because you used two instants while moving and now have "wasted" GCD before you can begin doing anything stationary again.
Only looking for the gaps in a fight where you have nothing else to do completely misses the point. There is a reason we cast Lightning Bolt instead of all those other spells normally -- it is a higher DPS output, that doesn't change just because we start moving. If you really want to see the DPS difference, look at the fights you are stationary on (Argaloth, arguably Chimaeron?) and compare it to any other fight's DPS number. That gap you see is the movement penalty, and between this glyph and our T12 4PC, that gap essentially vanishes.

Completely agree. I'm honestly a bit shocked to hear of any elemental shaman who isn't absolutely thrilled over the prospect of being able to cast our most-used spell while moving. Yeah, we have spells we can use while running around dodging fire and whatnot, but the only reason we cast those is because we can't cast LB.
