The hit cap is 17%, but INT scales better than HIT (see the scale factors in the Sim thread, or the priorities in this one) so you should never sacrifice INT in order to be at the cap.

Hi
First time posting on the forums but I have a question on the BiS gear you have listed here...is it out of date? because if I go and calculate the hit you wil only get 1543 thats 15.06% am I missing something here? Is in not set in stone that our hit cap should be 17%? if so then these gear you have put here can not be BiS. If I am mistaken please I am sorry but I need to know if I should get my own BiS setup or is yours correct.
Edit: Sorry just saw that you have a HC of the one trinket and wand I have added it into calculation and now get 1697 Hit rating 16.59% so is this acceptable?
