@rmq nothing bad happens in 10man u will never have more than 8 people affected by the debuff as it cant target the tank. what will happen if u dispell with 8 debuffs alive is that the dispell target will gain 1 sec on the remaining time of teh debuff but will start a new debuff dmg wise. if u do that to often it may happen that u get one person with the old debuff still remaining when Sinestra casts a new one on him. Thats not as bad as one might think as the old debuff should run out soon while the new debuff does hardly any dmg at all yet.
@dav1l Its just an observation on my part that its to expensive to go for the haste cap statwise when u dont equip a haste trinket anymore. Its just personal experience (i am an Alchemist) and something i observed by browsing through the armory of other Druids who obtained the trinket. Even raider in BiS gear dont go for the 2004(2032?) cap anymore.
edit; I stand corrected!just saw your gear. I have been browsing mostly through the profiles of the top 10 guilds i think the rnd loot factor with totfw might play a role in that regard. even with BiS it seems to be hard to go for 2005
