not sure if this is where to post for things like this but, I have reserched about elemental, worked with people, changed things around in my gear and still im having issues with dps.
I am in all 359s minus my shoulders and still im only able to pull around 11-12 in raids and get upwards of 18 on bosses, i know the "rotation" and know when to use procs and whatnot but im still not able to push more numbers. what exactly am i doing wrong?
